Ambassador Rick Barton

Ambassador Rick Barton was never in the military, but he has seen and done most everything you can do in a war zone, short of wielding a weapon or treating the wounded. As U.S. Ambassador to the UN, as well as Deputy High Commissioner for Refugees, Ambassador Barton has worked in more than forty war-torn countries over forty years, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia, Rwanda, Syria, and Sudan.
